Clarks Landing stands as one of only a handful Sea Ray dealers in the world to earn the right to be a 5 Star Dealer. We are proud to have received this award for six consecutive years.
To be selected as a Sea Ray 5 Star Dealer, Clarks Landing had to first demonstrate to a third party consulting firm their ability to meet over 150 stringent operational requirements of the Sea Ray's Master Dealer Program. This program evaluates the dealers facilities, sales and service capabilities and customer satisfaction scores. Testing the dealers capability to provide an excellent ownership experience.
Clarks Landing passed its Master Dealer audit with near perfect scores. However this was not enough to earn the title of Ambassador Dealer. Clarks Landing had to meet even higher standards of sales and service customer satisfaction, retention, and sales performance to be selected as an Ambassador Dealer.

Master Dealers:

Periodically perform critical self-assessments of all operations.

Organize staff teams to address problems, deficiencies and opportunities for improvements.

Introduce improvements using Master Dealer Program guidelines, "best practices," and customer comments and suggestions.

Undergo continuous factory-sponsored training.

Are visited periodically by a Master Dealer Consultant, who observes processes and provised counsel and action plans.

Constantly track customer satisfaction, as well as performance in all areas of dealership operations.

Undergo an annual review by an independent assessor who measures performance in more than 100 areas including Customer Service, Dealership Operation & Facilities, Sales Process, Service Process, and Parts Process.
